Check out our January 2022 release notes below which includes a new Call Details layout, the addition of Dynamic Reaches, and more!<\/p>\n<h2>General Web Portal Updates<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profile + Email:<\/strong> In Profiles, a feature has been added to the Email option where users can check &#8216;Use custom email&#8217; to customize the email and the subject line for messages sent through the Profile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profile + SMS<\/strong>: In Profiles, a feature has been added to the SMS option where users can check &#8216;Send all collected data&#8217; which will send all collected data + Caller ID, comma separated, via SMS. <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 30px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.specialtyansweringservice.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recording-43.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Updated Call Details Page:<\/strong> Our Call Details page has been updated with a sleeker look.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAS Call Reviews: <\/strong>If an Internal Quality Review by SAS has been completed on a specific call, you will see it listed directly underneath the section where you can complete your own review within the Call Details. To view the full report, click <strong>Download<\/strong>. <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 30px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.specialtyansweringservice.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recording-26-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Script Workflow Updates<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dynamic Reach Function:\u00a0<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/article\/453-configuring-a-reach-block\">Reach scripting block<\/a> has been updated to include Dynamic and Static values. Selecting a Dynamic reach type allows you to select a unique Outcome, Profile, and Schedule for each comparison condition. <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 30px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.specialtyansweringservice.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recording-22.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New System Collector:<\/strong> A new system collector has been added for Non-Message Calls has been. If you&#8217;re creating a Profile specific for Non-Message Calls, a good custom SMS string may look like: &#8220;You&#8217;ve received a {{call_outcome}} from {{caller_id}} regarding: {{non_message_call}<wbr \/>}&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Warm Transfer script block:<\/strong> A new <strong>Add bulk option<\/strong> feature has been added to the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/article\/333-adding-24-7-warm-transfers-to-your-script-new\">Warm Transfer script block<\/a>, which allows you to add conditions in bulk. In the pop-up window, enter each conditions option on a separate line, and separate condition, function and comparison by comma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Greeting Blocks:<\/strong> In all three Greeting Blocks, the ability to add separate greetings for Lunch and Holidays (controlled by the selected business hours) has been added. <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 30px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.specialtyansweringservice.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recording-44.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Numbers Quick Link Added:<\/strong> A quick link to the Number Settings has been added, allowing easier access to make adjustments to your SAS Flex number. From the main Scripting page, users can click the 3-dot menu icon associated with their script, and choose Numbers. Then, from the Numbers pop-up, click Edit. <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 30px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.specialtyansweringservice.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recording-28.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Amazing Tips<\/h2>\n<p>New features are great, but knowing how to use old features are even better!
