Or how about taking a look at the number of minutes you&#8217;ve used each day to\u00a0see if you&#8217;re nearing your plan threshold? With <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/customer\/portal\/articles\/2668303-scheduling-automatic-call-reports\">Scheduled Reports<\/a>, reviewing your usage\u00a0has never been easier! Just head to the Scheduled Reports link in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/customer\/portal\/articles\/2548586-available-reports-in-sas-desk\">Reports<\/a> section of your web portal where you can\u00a0schedule reports to run automatically on\u00a0certain days or intervals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Set It, and Forget It.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This new\u00a0feature offers a variety of call statistics\u00a0that you can choose to receive daily, weekly or monthly. Configure\u00a0the portal to email you as little or as often as you&#8217;d like with metrics from a variety of predefined reports including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inbound Calls<\/li>\n<li>Outbound Calls<\/li>\n<li>Calls Per Campaign<\/li>\n<li>Calls Per Location<\/li>\n<li>Minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reports are emailed to your distribution list\u00a0around midnight EST and cover your requested activity based on the time frame of the report.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduling your reports is great for automatically tracking metrics such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracking monthly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/customer\/portal\/articles\/1225145-can-you-handle-a-high-volume-of-calls-for-promotions-or-other-situations-\">call volume<\/a> by\u00a0marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the total number of minutes used at the end of every week<\/li>\n<li>Finding out\u00a0which <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/customer\/portal\/articles\/2139285-how-to-change-where-your-messages-are-being-sent\">locations<\/a>\u00a0received the most messages<\/li>\n<li>Viewing spikes in inbound call volume when you&#8217;re running a new promotion or advertisement<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/customer\/portal\/articles\/2178750-rating-the-operators\">operators<\/a> are meeting your <a href=\"https:\/\/support.specialtyansweringservice.net\/article\/195-how-to-configure-the-sas-outbound-calling-app\">outbound campaign<\/a> goals<\/li>\n<li>Checking daily minutes usage to evaluate\u00a0trends in call flow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To get started, click on the Reports tab from your portal, then click on the Scheduled Reports link. From\u00a0there, click on the <em>Add New<\/em> button to create your first scheduled report.<\/p>\n<p>Simply choose\u00a0the email address(es) you want to receive the report data, the frequency of the report (daily, weekly, or monthly), the dates you want the report to run (configurable up to 6 months from the current date), the type of report (inbound calls, outbound calls, calls per campaign, calls per location, and minutes), and the time frame you want us to pull your call data (yesterday&#8217;s data, data from the last 7 days, from the last 14 days, etc.).
